Tell us about your needs and we will present the solutions. With floor plans of over 3000 square meters, the possibilities for customized offices are endless, even for the largest companies.
Sture. When only the best is good enough.
Guaranteed sustainable
The entire project aims to achieve LEED Platinum, the highest sustainability certification available. LEED is the widely accepted environmental certification that focuses on a building's environmental impact. LEED Platinum is an internationally recognized testament to a responsible choice of workplace.
History meets future
Welcome to the office of the future. Here, we are creating unique workplaces in two newly constructed and carefully designed buildings. With high flexibility, generous natural light, and top-notch services, we are setting a new standard for offices.
The Marble Hall comes to life
The Marble Hall was built in 1899 at the intersection of the Neorenaissance and Art Nouveau styles. The building quickly became one of the most influential structures on Stureplan and holds a special place in the hearts of many Stockholmers. With its well-preserved original details and impressive ceiling heights, the building leaves a grand impression. In this unique building, we are now creating the offices of the future, filled with rich history.
Historical details meet modern comforts
With double doors, stucco work, and ceiling heights exceeding 3.7 meters, the former residential palaces around Stureplan provide the perfect canvas for exclusive offices. Now, we are adding all conceivable modern conveniences for workplaces of exceptional quality.
A private palace
Stureplan 4 was established as an exclusive residential building with large parade floors and stores on the ground floor. In popular speech Stureplan 4 is called “the wedding cake” because of its incredible decoration. Now the building will be converted into hyper modern offices where all the typical period features, such as parquet floors and wooden panel, are recreated. If desired, the building can be rented by one single tenant.
World class service
Where Östermalmstorg metro station meets the Marble Hall, we are creating a new gigantic floor. Here, you will find an inviting square with a class-leading grocery store, as well as fast-casual restaurants that offer both dining and take-away.
All the roads lead to Stureplan
Regardless of whether you walk, take the bicycle or use the local transport, it is easy to get to Sturekvarteret. Those who choose to take the car have no less than five large garages to choose from within a few minutes' walk.
